Step 3: Check Out

Add what you want, choose same-day or scheduled delivery, confirm your address and check out. If you’re a CREAM Rewards member your points are earned on your product subtotal (before tax and delivery fees). Not a member yet? Joining is free and takes seconds at checkout.

Step 4: We Prepare and Dispatch

Your order is packed in the Downtown Jersey City store at 284 1st Street and handed to a licensed delivery driver. Everything leaves in sealed, discreet packaging.

Step 5: Show Your ID at the Door

When the driver arrives, you’ll be asked for a valid government-issued photo ID showing you’re 21 or older. A driver’s license, state ID, passport or military ID all work. You’ll sign for the order at the door. No valid ID, no delivery — that rule has no exceptions, and it protects every customer.

There’s no minimum order to qualify. The fee structure is simple:

Over $70: free delivery
Under $70: $5 delivery fee

The easy way to avoid the fee is to round up your order — grab the pre-roll pack or the edible you’ve been eyeing — or order with a friend or roommate. Busy periods. Evenings and weekends tend to see more orders, so drivers may have more stops.
