Do points expire?
No. Your CREAM rewards points never expire. Accumulate at your own pace.
Can I stack rewards with other deals?
Yes — you earn points on any spend, including discounted items. The one exception is the local 07302 in-store discount, which doesn't stack.
What does redemption look like?
Once you've hit 100 points, your balance unlocks. Tell the budtender at the counter (or check the box at delivery checkout) and we'll apply your points like cash.
How do I check my points balance?
Ask any budtender at the counter — they'll look it up by your phone number on the spot. You'll also see your current balance in your delivery checkout, and on every receipt you walk out with.
What if I change my phone number?
Tell us next time you're in. We'll move your points to your new number in seconds. No paperwork, no lost balance — your history stays with you.
Do I earn points on delivery fees or taxes?
Points are earned on the product subtotal — the actual cannabis you bought, before tax and before delivery fees. So a $50 order earns the same 5% whether you picked up or had it delivered.
