Is cannabis delivery legal in New Jersey?
Yes. Adult-use cannabis delivery is fully legal in NJ for customers 21 and older. CREAM is a licensed NJ cannabis retailer operating in full compliance with state regulations.
Where does CREAM deliver?
We deliver across five North Jersey counties — Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Union, and Passaic — within a 15-mile radius. That covers Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Newark, Hackensack, Paterson, Elizabeth, Clifton, Union City, Weehawken, Fort Lee, Montclair, Secaucus, West New York, Kearny, North Bergen, Belleville, Bloomfield, East Orange, Englewood, Teaneck, Linden, and Passaic. We’re unable to deliver to federal buildings or college campuses. Use the zone scanner above to confirm your address.
How long does cannabis delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and current demand, since our drivers cover a wide area. You can also schedule your order for a later time that works for you.
How much does cannabis delivery cost?
$50 minimum order; a $5 delivery fee applies to orders from $50 to $70, and delivery is free on orders over $70. We accept Pay By Bank for all deliveries — see our terms for details.
Do I need a medical card for delivery?
No medical card is required for adult-use orders. CREAM delivers to anyone 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID. Medical patients should have their NJ MMCP card on hand to receive their 15% discount.
What ID is required at the door?
A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older. Acceptable: driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID. Medical patients also bring NJ MMCP card for the 15% discount.
When is the same-day cutoff?
Our delivery hours are Monday–Thursday 9 AM–9:30 PM and Friday–Sunday 9 AM–10:30 PM. Order during delivery hours for same-day delivery, or schedule your order for a later time.
